WORKSHOP SESSION OF POLITICAL VOICE INSTITUTE: GUESTS MARTA ZIÓŁEK AND CEZARY DUCHNOWSKI, MARCH 3-5, MAXIM GORKI THEATRE

The Political Voice Institute was launched in September 2019 at the Maxim Gorki Theatre in Berlin as the continuation of an exploration of contemporary chorus theatre of Marta Górnicka. The institute is a workshop centre for the use of the collective voice/body and language. It is a social laboratory, which seeks to build open, diverse communities and strengthen strategies for resistance to and criticism of violence in social life. It researches and develops practices in the domain of the political character of the voice/body/language. It looks for practical answer to the question: How can the voice be used for freedom?
