HYMN TO LOVE| INNO ALL’AMORE OPENS MITTELFEST FESTIVAL| Teatro Ristori Cividale del Friuli | Italy

The choir is the main character in this extraordinary show. The members of the choir – male and female; young and old; of diverse ethnic backgrounds – sing and act with the greatest intensity, conducted from the audience by Marta Górnicka. They represent a society that can be welcoming or mean; soft or aggressive; impressive or miserable. Górnicka explores the power of the collective and her take on its lowest, pathetic manifestations is uncompromising.
