Dramat nowożytny zerwał z chórem, przez co pozbawił się pewnego wymiaru tragiczności. Musimy przywrócić chór scenie, znaleźć nowe formy jego teatralnej obecności; musimy przywrócić kobiety chórowi.

Новітня драма порвала з хором, через що позбавила себе певного виміру трагізму. Ми мусимо повернути хор сцені, відшукати нові форми його театральної присутності; мусимо повернути хору жінок.
